I found myself returning from a 14 hour road trip, we needed to stop for lunch and Victor's seemed like the best place in the area. Decision that I would repeat again, it was a very good meal, the dishes were very well served, the prices were very cheap for how beautiful the place looks, but what I must highlight the most was the attention that our waitress gave us, Jazmín was a friendly and attentive, giving the best recommendations and always with a big smile. I highly recommend this place. Postscript: The only point to improve would be to recommend the host to have a friendlier treatment, the way she acted felt very rude.
Celebrated our 43rd anniversary tonight and Victor's did not disappoint! From the start, the hostesses were polite and charming. Thomas was our waiter extraordinaire ~ from start to finish. Food was beautifully plated and delicious. For your special occasion, we suggest the "fine dining" option. Classy and private. We'll be back!
This was my wife and I's our first time to Victors.
Everything from checking in, our waiter, and the food was hands down the best restaurant experience that we've had since moving back to Florence after 1 year.
And yes we've been to Townhall.. which was good.. but definitely NOT the same experience.
This was our New Year's Eve night out as both my wife and I were sick on New Year's Eve.

Victors offers a on-site Elegant Family style American restaurant located at the Hotel Florence, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Victors has a comfortable atmosphere that server a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner style meals with a full service bar and a indoor and outdoor courtyard seating. Parking here has a limited amount of nearby free parking lot spaces available and a limited amount of street parking space available.
We have been going to this restaurant for years it has always had good food but recently when we try to come in we were treated like we were not wanted. For over an hour we watched as three and four tables remained empty people came and went and we were still not allowed to come in and sit down. The hostess was rude and even suggested that we sit outside with a newborn baby. I will not ever be giving this restaurant my money again which is sad because they had a good Caesar salad wish my husband loved. But I can't continue patronizing a restaurant who basically picks and chooses who will come in based on what they look like.
We celebrated our anniversary at Victor’s last night and everything from start to finish was wonderful. The hostess was kind, our waiter was wonderful and had the best personality. Dinner was the best I’ve had in a long time. I started with the she crab soup and the bread. It was sooooo yummy. Then for dinner I had the Cresent City entree. My husband had a steak and fingerling potatoes. He is the pickiest eater, but he cleaned his plate! We ended dinner with cocktails and the praline cheesecake. All of it was excellent. I will say they get busy quickly for dinner, so make sure you book a reservation. We did and it was well worth it!
Victors never disappoints. Exceptional service, extraordinary food. The “Duck Two Ways is rich and savory. Very generous portion! It was a cool night, and couldn’t resist a cup of She Crab and Shrimp soup to warm up. Special thanks to Hannah G for going above and beyond at Table 54.
food is average but the service is superb! we ordered the soup appetizer but it came out too salty. However, they suggested different appetizer options which came out well. You might wanna also double check your bill as they might charge …
